Job Summary
We are looking for a Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, specifications, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labourers, architects, and project teams.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Check measurements and maintain daily site records.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.
- Ensure construction work is completed within the planned schedule.
- Identify and resolve site-level issues in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures at the site.
- Coordinate with the Architect and Project Manager regarding drawings and site requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report deviations or issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of site activities, measurements, and material usage.
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic construction-related software.

Pay: ₹10,959.53 - ₹45,707.97 per month
