Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily operations of the eye care centre.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of hospital staff.
- Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, counsellors, optometrists, OT staff, optical staff, and front-office teams.
- Monitor patient flow, appointments, registrations, consultations, surgeries, and follow-ups.
- Maintain high standards of patient service and ensure patient queries and complaints are resolved promptly.
- Drive centre revenue, patient conversion, optical sales, and other assigned business targets.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly operational and business performance.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams for smooth patient and surgical operations.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor manpower requirements, attendance, staffing, and shift schedules.
- Maintain proper documentation and prepare regular management reports.
- Coordinate with administration, finance, HR, marketing, and other departments.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure cleanliness, discipline, infrastructure, equipment, and overall facility standards.
- Support marketing and patient acquisition activities to increase footfall.
- Handle escalated patient and staff issues professionally.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate / MBA / Hospital Management preferred.
- Experience: 3–8 years of experience in hospital, healthcare, eye care, clinic, or related service operations.
- Experience in hospital/clinic management and team handling will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and people-management abilities.
- Strong customer/patient-service orientation.
- Ability to work with operational and revenue targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
