Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Source new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Client Consultation: Assess customer needs, pitch tailored products/services, and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, address client concerns, and finalize contracts to meet monthly and annual sales quotas.
- Account Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upselling.
- Pipeline Management: Track all sales activities, forecasts, and prospect data using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Market Analysis: Gather competitor data, track market trends, and relay customer feedback to the product and marketing teams. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
