The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing and maintaining stock levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and overseeing the smooth functioning of store operations. This role emphasizes inventory control and store discipline rather than sales or customer-facing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock Management: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
- Documentation: Prepare and update stock registers, issue slips, and daily reports.
- Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and ensure timely ordering to avoid shortages.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the store organized, clean, and compliant with company standards.
- Staff Coordination: Supervise store helpers and assign duties related to stock handling.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure safe storage of materials and adherence to company policies.
- Reporting: Submit daily/weekly stock reports to management.
Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
