We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in SEO and Performance Marketing. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing digital campaigns, generating quality leads, improving website rankings, and optimizing marketing performance across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Manage lead generation campaigns and improve campaign performance.
- Perform On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
- Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, and conversion performance.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content, creatives, and landing page optimization.
Mandatory Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience running and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and performance marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing ad budgets and improving campaign performance.
- Proven knowledge of SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO).
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Ability to independently analyze campaign performance and implement corrective actions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Google Ads campaigns.
- WordPress and website management knowledge.
- Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion tracking.
- Experience working with service-based businesses.
