- Guide doctors in installing and using the mobile application.
- Assist doctors with order placement and order-related queries.

- Perform backend verification and maintain accurate records.
- Provide remote troubleshooting and technical assistance.
- Handle Doctors support calls and resolve issues professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-up.
- Ensure timely closure of support requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain documentation of support activities and customer interactions.
