For the Assistant Manager position, we are seeking a skilled marketer with appropriate expertise in the FIBC and tin-can industries or similar sectors.
In order to boost abroad sales growth, this person should also oversee pan-India and export marketing by spotting worldwide prospects, managing foreign clients, and guaranteeing compliance.
Additionally, the candidate needs to be willing to travel.

Requirement

7. To monitor client interactions, follow up on leads, and guarantee a high degree of customer satisfaction, maintain a strong CRM system. Create proforma invoices, quotes, and other customer-facing documents in the CRM.
8. Identify key stakeholders and potential clients by conducting extensive web research.
9.Introduce the company's products and services by email, phone calls, or other digital channels.
10.In order to turn prospects into customers, nurture leads with pertinent information and follow-up.
11.Examine the items, price, and positioning of competitors.
12.Boost the company's online presence using Google Ads, SEO, lead portals, and website management
13.Determine and investigate emerging market niches and industry trends.
14. Responsible for providing financial insights including product-wise revenue contribution, profit margins, and budget utilization. Supports revenue forecasting by analyzing current trends in sales and marketing expenditures.
15. Able to create and deliver effective presentations on diverse topics and preparing various MIS report.
16. Manage and promote export marketing activities, identifying international market opportunities, coordinating with global clients, and ensuring compliance with export regulations to drive international sales growth.
QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY REQUIRMENTS
1. MBA in Marketing or a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
2. 8+ years of sales experience, preferably in the Tin or Woven Sacks industry.
3. Strong communication, negotiation or interpersonal skills
4. Experience in implementing marketing campaigns and conducting marketing research. 5. Ability to work independently, meet targets and handle client relationships
6. Proficiency in CRM systems and Digital Marketing strategies
7. Willingness to travel pan-India as required for client meetings.
8. Salary upto Rs 10 lakhs per annum (CTC)
