ü Receiving the patients from the IP reception.
ü Providing sufficient care to the patients immediately.
ü Taking the vital signs.
ü Diagnosing the disease by analyzing the patient symptom and taking required action for the recovery.
ü Maintaining the patient health history and monitoring the patients and informing to the doctor if any emergency
ü Explaining the disease conditions of the patients to doctors, assisting with the doctors during the procedure
ü Preparing patients for examinations
ü Assisting in a transferring a patients into diagnostic procedure (x-ray, scan, lab etc.)
ü Providing pre-operative and post-operative care to the patients
ü Suggesting a diet food for the patients and monitoring them regularly
ü Coordinating with physiotherapist during physical activities
ü Proper coordination with co-worker, attenders, patients
ü Administering medications as per doctors instructions
ü Maintaining safe and hygienic place and ensuring the cleanliness of the wards, beds, linen, tools etc.
ü Periodically Ensuring the changing of ward linen
ü Checking the biomedical equipment’s usage if any issue informing to biomedical engineer and rectifying the problem immediately with the help of biomedical engineer
ü Checking and maintaining the emergency drugs stock in the nursing station
ü Immediately providing the treatment for the emergency case like accident, heart attack, burns etc.
ü Coordinating with the physician in the emergency cases
ü Coordinating with IP staff during admission
Sharing the details of room vacancy
ü Maintaining the death register and indent register
ü Maintaining the bedsore after admission
ü Maintaining the intravascular device infection note
ü Maintaining the discharge note
ü Maintaining the nominal note
ü Maintaining the night report note
ü Maintaining the surgical site infection note
ü Maintaining the handing over note
ü Maintaining the CBG slip note
ü Maintaining the hypergloride machine
ü Maintaining the blood transfusion note

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
