Le Château is looking for experienced and dedicated Male & Female Butlers to join an exclusive luxury residence in Mumbai.
The ideal candidate should have strong hospitality experience, excellent service standards, and the ability to provide personalized assistance while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
This opportunity is suitable for candidates from luxury hotels, private residences, cruise liners, and premium hospitality backgrounds who are passionate about delivering exceptional service experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized and professional service to residents and guests
- Welcome guests and ensure a comfortable and memorable experience
- Handle guest requests with efficiency and attention to detail
- Manage dining arrangements, table service, and hospitality requirements
- Maintain high standards of presentation, grooming, and service etiquette
- Ensure privacy, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other support teams for smooth operations
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver proactive assistance
Required Skills & Experience:
- Open for Male & Female candidates
- Previous experience as a Butler / Guest Service / Hospitality Professional
- Experience in 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, private residences, or cruise liners preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of formal service standards and hospitality etiquette
- Well-groomed, disciplined, and customer-focused personality
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a premium environment
