About the Role
At Filo EdTech, we work with government bodies, schools, and educational institutions to make quality education accessible to students across India. Through the Filo app, students receive free access to live classes, study materials, notes, doubt-solving support, and guidance for competitive exams such as JEE, NEET, SSC, Banking, Railways, and various government examinations.
As an Associate – Partnership Operations, your primary responsibility is to connect with students over phone calls, guide them through the registration process, explain how to use the Filo app, and ensure they can successfully access the educational resources available to them.
This is NOT a sales role. You will not be selling any product or asking students to make purchases. Instead, your role is focused on student support, awareness, onboarding, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Call students who have shown interest in Filo's educational programs.
- Explain the purpose and benefits of the Filo app in a simple and friendly manner.
- Guide students through the registration and app download process.
- Help students understand how to access live classes, study materials, notes, and other learning resources.
- Resolve basic queries related to app usage and registration.
- Follow up with students to ensure they have successfully started using the platform.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update the required data sheets.
- Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for students.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Comfortable speaking with students over phone calls.
- Patient, empathetic, and willing to help students.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- A positive attitude and a genuine interest in education.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
