What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end UI/UX design process
Conduct user research, competitor analysis & usability testing
Create user flows, wireframes & interactive prototypes
Design web/mobile UI, dashboards & responsive interfaces
Build & maintain design systems, components & style guides
Collaborate with Product, Engineering & Business teams
Improve designs using user feedback & product insights
Must-Have Skills
UX: User Research | User Journeys | Information Architecture | Wireframing | Prototyping | Usability Testing | Interaction Design
UI: Visual Design | Typography | Color Theory | Responsive Design | Design Systems | UI Components | Micro-interactions
Tools: Figma | Adobe XD | Photoshop | Illustrator
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS & developer handoff
Bonus: SaaS | B2B | AI Products | Dashboards | Enterprise Applications
