Position: Architect / Interior Designer
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
About the Role
Artific Ext is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Architect / Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles, excellent design sensibility, and the ability to take projects from concept development through execution.
You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and the internal design team to develop functional, aesthetic, and technically sound spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on project requirements and client preferences.
- Prepare floor plans, layouts, elevations, detailed drawings, and working drawings.
- Create furniture layouts, material selections, color schemes, and interior detailing.
- Prepare and modify 2D drawings and 3D design presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Visit project sites and monitor design implementation when required.
- Ensure drawings and designs meet project requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
- Make revisions based on client feedback and site conditions.
- Maintain organized project documentation and drawings.
- Contribute creative ideas and innovative design solutions to improve the overall project outcome.
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of architectural and interior design concepts.
- Proficiency in CAXA software is an advantage; training will also be provided.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization, or other relevant design software is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Freshers with strong design skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toli Chowki, Hyderabad, Telangana
