Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the Modular Kitchen and Furniture Hardware industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, carpenters, and OEMs, and achieving sales targets through effective market development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new dealers, distributors, modular kitchen manufacturers, furniture manufacturers, and channel partners.
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and project consultants.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers.
- Generate enquiries and convert them into orders.
- Regularly visit dealers, distributors, and project sites to identify business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches.
- Coordinate with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and visit reports.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, dealer meets, and promotional activities.
Pay: ₹9,884.44 - ₹28,000.00 per month
