About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Technical SEO and Lead Generation, with a strong focus on driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns while leading end-to-end SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility, generate quality leads, and maximize return on investment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage lead generation campaigns and continuously improve conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, audiences, keywords, and creatives.
- Allocate and scale advertising budgets based on campaign performance and business objectives.
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to maximize ROI and reduce cost per lead.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research and map target keywords to relevant landing pages.
- Perform On-Page SEO including meta tags, headings, content optimization, internal linking, and URL optimization.
- Execute Off-Page SEO activities such as backlink building, outreach, guest posting, and authority development.
- Perform Technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and overall website health.
- Work closely with developers to resolve technical SEO issues and improve website performance.
- Monitor keyword rankings and implement strategies to increase organic traffic.
Website & Analytics
- Optimize landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Track website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and advertising platforms.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve marketing funnels and customer journeys.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing and SEO.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
- In-depth understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns and conversion rate optimization.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML, website structure, page speed optimization, and SEO best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, or other high-intent lead generation campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
- Understanding of conversion funnels, user behavior analysis, and customer journey mapping.
- Experience with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools will be an added advantage.
