Key Responsibilities
- Provide visionary academic and institutional leadership for the school.
- Develop and implement a clear long-term strategy to position the school among the leading CBSE schools in Kerala and India.
- Drive excellence in academics, student outcomes, teaching quality, innovation, discipline, culture, and school operations.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of teachers, coordinators, and academic leaders.
- Establish strong systems for academic quality, teacher development, assessment, student development, and operational excellence.
- Attract and retain high-quality educators and senior academic professionals.
- Develop innovative programmes and learning experiences that differentiate the school from competing institutions.
- Build strong relationships with parents, students, educators, education leaders, institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Strengthen the school's reputation, visibility, and standing within the education community.
- Leverage professional networks and industry relationships to bring best practices, partnerships, expertise, and opportunities to the school.
- Work closely with the management to develop and execute growth and expansion strategies, including future campuses and new initiatives.
- Establish systems and leadership structures that allow the institution to scale sustainably without compromising quality.
- Represent the school at major educational forums, conferences, and professional networks.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE requirements and applicable educational regulations.
- Create a culture of excellence, integrity, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across the institution.
The Leader We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Principal who has:
- 10–15+ years of substantial experience in school education, with significant experience in senior leadership.
- Proven experience as a Principal / Head of School of a reputed CBSE school.
- Experience leading a well-established, high-performing, premium, international-standard, or nationally reputed CBSE school will be strongly preferred.
- A proven track record of improving academic standards, school culture, enrolment, reputation, and institutional performance.
- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum, systems, accreditation, compliance, and educational best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and people-management skills.
- The ability to build teams, develop leaders, and create strong institutional systems.
- A strong professional network within the Indian education sector.
- The vision and capability to contribute to the growth, expansion, and long-term positioning of the institution.
- A genuine passion for building an outstanding school and delivering exceptional outcomes for students.
