Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain 3D models using project data and design sketches
- Check for clashes and fix design conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP systems
- Extract shop drawings, schedules, and material quantities from the model
- Update digital files as the construction project changes
Required Skills & Tools
- Software: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360
- Knowledge: Understanding of construction methods, building codes, and drafting standards
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
