Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise production team members during assigned shift (12 hours, rotational day/night)
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Monitor production processes, identify issues, and implement solutions
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
- Manage inventory, material usage, and waste reduction
- Train and mentor team members
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
