Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Trainer to deliver practical and industry-oriented training to students, interns, and professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms and be capable of mentoring learners through live projects and hands-on assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on Digital Marketing.
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions with practical demonstrations.
- Train students on:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM/PPC)
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Content Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Affiliate Marketing
- YouTube Marketing
- Web Analytics (Google Analytics & Search Console)
- Keyword Research and Competitor Analysis
- AI Tools for Digital Marketing
- Develop training materials, assignments, assessments, and project work.
- Guide trainees on live projects and case studies.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithm changes.
- Assist in curriculum development and continuous improvement.
- Support placement activities and conduct mock interviews when required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- SEMrush / Ahrefs
- Canva
- Mailchimp
- HubSpot
- ChatGPT and AI-based marketing tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and mentor learners effectively.
- Experience handling live projects and campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of WordPress and basic website management will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,061.52 - ₹20,000.00 per month
