- Cable routing, ferruling, and termination
Component Installation
- Installation of:
- MCBs, relays, contactors
- SSR (Solid State Relay)
- Temperature controllers (PID)
- Switches, indicators, sockets
Testing & Quality Check
- Continuity testing
- Insulation resistance testing (Megger)
- Trial run of equipment before dispatch
- Checking temperature uniformity & electrical safety
Role in Onsite Service (Field Work) Installation at Client Site
- Installation of lab instruments at pharma/industrial sites
- Electrical connection & commissioning
- Calibration support (basic electrical)
Troubleshooting & Repair
- Fault finding in:
- Heating systems
- Control panels
- Wiring issues
- Replacement of faulty components
Preventive Maintenance
- Routine service visits
- Checking:
- Wiring condition
- Earthing
- Load current
- Maintaining service reports
Required Skills
- Knowledge of single-phase & three-phase systems
- Panel wiring & schematic reading
- Basic understanding of:
- Temperature control systems
- PLC (basic)
- Sensors (RTD, Thermocouple)
- Use of tools:
- Multimeter
- Clamp meter
- Megger
Documentation Work
- Preparing:
- Service reports
- Installation reports
- Supporting:
- IQ/OQ documentation (pharma clients)
- Maintaining checklist during dispatch & service
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel for onsite service

- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reports)
