- Stretch dough, add toppings, and bake pizzas to quality standards.
- Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meats, sauces, and cheese.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage of ingredients.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including pizza ovens and dough mixers.
- Manage inventory and report low stock levels.
- Follow food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in taking customer orders and handling special requests when required.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order preparation.
- Package takeaway and delivery orders accurately.
- Minimize food waste and maintain portion control.
- Provide friendly customer service and resolve basic customer concerns.
- Support opening and closing duties, including cleaning and equipment checks.
