Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol hotel premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
- Control access at entrances and ensure only authorized individuals enter restricted areas
- Assist guests and staff with safety-related concerns in a professional manner
- Report daily activities and irregularities, such as property damage or suspicious behavior
- Collaborate with hotel management and local authorities when necessary
Requirements:
- Physical fitness and ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Proven experience as a security guard or relevant position preferred
- Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures
- Strong observation and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Work Schedule:
