We are looking to hire a proactive and field-oriented individual to support our program operations in Dehradun. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working on the ground, coordinating with stakeholders, and contributing to implementation-driven projects.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will go through a structured onboarding process and receive training on the organization’s digital tools and program workflows. The role focuses on supporting Special Educators (SEs), strengthening field coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of project activities within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out frequent field visits across Dehradun and nearby areas for coordination and monitoring
- Learn and effectively use the organization’s digital platform and tools
- Train and guide Special Educators (SEs) on application usage and processes
- Maintain consistent communication with SEs and conduct regular follow-ups
- Identify and resolve basic operational challenges at the field level
- Support timely implementation of project activities on the ground
- Maintain accurate records, updates, and coordination reports
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient program execution
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (freshers and career returnees are welcome)
- Willingness to travel extensively within Dehradun and surrounding areas
- Strong willingness to learn and work in a collaborative environment
- Basic communication and coordination skills
- Must own a two-wheeler for local travel
- Must have a laptop and smartphone with reliable internet connectivity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
