Job Overview We are seeking an organized Dispatch Manager to oversee our warehouse shipping and distribution operations in Sonale Village, Bhiwandi. You will ensure timely deliveries, optimize vehicle loading, and manage the dispatch team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily dispatch schedules and coordinate outgoing deliveries.
- Supervise warehouse loading and secure packing of goods.
- Coordinate with transporters, fleet drivers, and courier partners.
- Prepare shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and e-way bills.
- Track shipments in real-time to ensure on-time delivery.
- Resolve transit delays, damages, or customer delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical dispatch logs.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse management.
- Location: Must be comfortable working in the Bhiwandi / Sonale hub.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Traits: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with local transport networks and transit regulations.
