REQUIREMENTS
- Willing and able to build the HR Department from scratch
- Strong-headed; able to work in a limited-resource, fast-paced environment
- 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Startup / small-company experience is an added advantage
- Self-starter who can build scalable processes independently
- Skilled at building a positive workplace culture and putting systems in place
