Summary:
As a User Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and refining prototypes and software engineering solutions that enhance user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with design teams to translate concepts into tangible prototypes, ensuring that the solutions are not only visually appealing but also technically feasible. You will engage in iterative design processes, gathering feedback and making adjustments to improve usability and functionality. Your role will require a balance of creativity and technical understanding, allowing you to contribute effectively to the development of user-centered solutions.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback.
- Conduct user testing and incorporate findings into design iterations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch or Figma.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly designs.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies to ensure design feasibility.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
