Job Description – Site Supervisor (Construction) Job Title Site Supervisor – Construction Department Construction / Project Execution Reports To Project Manager / Site Engineer Job Summary The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily construction activities, ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. The role involves coordinating labor, subcontractors, and material resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities - Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications. -
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth project execution. - Monitor daily work progress and ensure project milestones are achieved within the planned schedule. - Ensure the availability of manpower, materials, and equipment at the site. - Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with quality standards. - Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company safety policies. - Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings. - Resolve day-to-day site issues and escalate critical concerns to the Project Manager. - Verify measurements and quantities for completed work. - Maintain daily site reports, labor attendance, material records, and progress updates. - Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and statutory authorities when required. - Ensure proper housekeeping and security of the construction site.
Qualifications - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. - 3–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in building or infrastructure construction projects. - Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs. - Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.

Working Conditions - Full-time, site-based role. - Willingness to work extended hours when required to meet project schedules. - Travel between project sites may be required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
