We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Store Incharge to manage our travel store operations. The candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, explaining travel packages, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily store operations
- Greet and interact with customers in a professional manner
- Explain domestic and international travel packages clearly
- Assist customers in selecting suitable travel plans based on their needs and budget
- Handle inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
- Coordinate with the internal team for bookings and updates
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales
Requirements
- Friendly, confident, and presentable personality
- Interest in travel and tourism industry is a plus
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Nice speaking skills
