Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Strategist / Brand Strategist with proven experience in FMCG and e-commerce sectors. The role involves shaping brand positioning, planning integrated campaigns, aligning with performance marketing initiatives, and driving data-backed strategic decisions. The ideal candidate should combine strong analytical skills with creative thinking to build and scale impactful brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand positioning and messaging strategies across FMCG and e-commerce channels
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline) aligned with brand objectives
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment across paid, organic, and retention channels
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight studies to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor campaign performance and translate data into actionable strategic recommendations
- Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand-building initiatives
- Collaborate with creative, digital, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent brand communication
- Prepare strategy decks, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders and management
- Track industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging platforms relevant to FMCG and e-commerce
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in marketing or brand strategy
- Mandatory experience in FMCG and e-commerce sectors
- Hands-on expertise in brand positioning, campaign planning, and market analysis
- Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and funnel-based strategies
- Ability to interpret data and insights from marketing dashboards and research reports
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration ability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with D2C brands or high-growth FMCG companies
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping, GTM strategies, and product lifecycle marketing
- Exposure to omnichannel marketing strategies
