Job Summary
Merloam Estates is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, introducing our real estate projects, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain the company's real estate projects and ongoing offers.
- Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handling.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
