Profile Summary
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, handling networking issues, system setup, and ensuring smooth IT operations within the organization.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
● Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
● Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks.
● Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
● Perform laptop/desktop setup and installation for new employees.
● Handle hardware troubleshooting including RAM installation and upgrades.
● Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
● Support users with email configuration, internet settings, and system-related concerns.
● Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper functioning of systems and devices.
● Coordinate with vendors/service providers when required.
● Ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets and technical issues.
Knowledge Skills
● Education: Diploma/Graduate/Master’s or any related field
● Experience: 6 month min.
● Strong troubleshooting mindset and attention to detail.
● Basic knowledge of Networking (LAN/WAN).
● Good understanding of Wi-Fi configuration and troubleshooting.
● Hands-on experience in laptop/desktop setup.
● Knowledge of RAM installation and basic hardware troubleshooting
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
