Field Sales Executive / Sales Associate - Digital Marketing - Fotoplane Social
Fotoplane Social is looking for a confident and motivated Field Sales Executive / Sales Associate to help grow our digital marketing business in Delhi NCR. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting business owners, pitching services, and closing deals. You will represent the agency in the field and convert local businesses into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities : Field Visits & Client Outreach
- Visit shops, SMEs, offices, clinics, restaurants, and business establishments across Muzaffarpur , Bihar.
- Identify decision-makers and introduce Fotoplane Social’s digital marketing services
Sales Pitch & Service Explanation
- Pitch and explain our services in a simple and convincing way:
- Social Media Management
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
- Google Business Profile (GMB) Optimization
- Website Development
- Online Promotions & Lead Generation
Lead Generation & Follow-ups
- Generate leads through daily field visits and networking
- Follow up with prospects via calls/WhatsApp and schedule meetings
Client Requirement Understanding
- Understand business needs and suggest the right digital solutions
- Collect basic details for proposals and onboarding
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, onboarding, and service execution
- Ensure smooth communication between client and agency team
Reporting & Targets
- Maintain daily visit reports and lead tracking
- Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets
Skills & Requirements
- Graduation (any stream)
- Open to freshers and experienced candidates
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Travel allowance / Conveyance reimbursement
- Comfortable with field work and outdoor meetings
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
- Hindi + English communication preferred
- Target-driven, disciplined, and self-motivated

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
