Job Summary
"Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack web applications using modern frontend and backend frameworks.
Build responsive user interfaces using React, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Develop backend services and APIs using technologies like Node.js, Express.js, NextJS, or Spring Boot, Python.
Manage and query relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra).
Develop and consume RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs, ensuring performance and security.
Optimize backend performance, implement caching, and ensure scalability and high availability.
Work with message brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or AWS SNS/SQS for asynchronous communication.
Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of microservices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in both frontend and backend.
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular).
Strong experience with backend frameworks like Node.js/Express, NestJS, or Spring Boot.
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and responsive design.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles.
Familiarity with Python is a Plus.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Next.js, Redux, RxJS, or similar state management libraries.
Hands-on experience with logging, monitoring, and tracing tools (e.g., ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic).
Knowledge of Latest Gen AI Tools like GitHub CoPilot.
Knowledge of SON Platform is Plus."
Key Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
