Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executive to join our US Healthcare Medical Billing team. The role involves outbound voice-based communication with potential clients in the US healthcare sector, promoting medical billing services, generating leads, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals in the US market.

Promote and explain medical billing services and solutions.

Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team.

Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.

Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into clients.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.

Handle client queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred).

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of US healthcare or medical billing (preferred but not mandatory).

Ability to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Prior experience in voice process / BPO / telemarketing / healthcare marketing.
