Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Officer to join our FMCG team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through digital platforms, onboarding new retailers and distributors, managing customer relationships, and driving online sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through digital platforms such as WhatsApp, IndiaMART, Justdial, and other online channels.
- Convert leads into active retailers and distributors.
- Build and expand the retailer and distributor network.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups to improve conversions and retention.
- Manage CRM records, sales pipelines, and customer data accurately.
- Drive online order conversions and improve customer engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and order fulfillment.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Track key sales KPIs and recommend improvements to achieve business targets.
- Build long-term relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Sales, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Hands-on knowledge of WhatsApp Business, IndiaMART, Justdial, and other digital lead generation platforms.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the FMCG industry.
- Understanding of distributor and retailer management.
- Experience in B2B sales and channel development.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
