We are looking for experienced and passionate Part-Time Freelance Career Counsellors to provide career guidance and conduct workshops for students and professionals. The role involves delivering individual and group counselling sessions, facilitating career awareness programmes, and helping participants make informed educational and career decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and group career counselling sessions.
- Conduct career awareness programmes, workshops, and seminars.
- Assess students' interests, strengths, and aspirations to recommend suitable career pathways.
- Guide students and professionals on educational opportunities and skill development.
- Deliver interactive sessions and facilitate group discussions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging career opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and training materials.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in career counselling, training, education, psychology, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in conducting workshops, seminars, or training sessions.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Ability to effectively engage with students and professionals.
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,500.00 per hour
