Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tender Executive with hands-on experience in Government Tendering (IT Infrastructure/System Integration domain). The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end tender management, including identification, documentation, coordination, and submission of tenders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify relevant tenders from GeM, CPPP, and state e-procurement portals
- Prepare complete tender documentation including eligibility, technical compliance, and legal documents
- Coordinate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to understand RFP/RFQ requirements
- Validate technical specifications using OEM datasheets
- Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for pricing and required documents
- Prepare commercial bids (BOQ) and ensure timely submission
- Handle EMD/BG documentation, bid uploads, clarifications, and follow-ups
- Maintain a tracker for active, submitted, and awarded tenders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Government tendering (IT/SI domain preferred)
- Strong knowledge of RFP/RFQ documentation and tender compliance
- Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure (Networking, Servers, Storage, Firewall)
- Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, and e-procurement portals
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and documentation)
- Strong coordination and communication skills

- Have you handled complete tender submission (online/offline)?
- Do you have experience coordinating with OEMs/vendors?
- Have you handled EMD/BG documentation?
- Do you have basic knowledge of IT Infrastructure products?
- Have you prepared BOQ/commercial bids?
- Are you comfortable tracking multiple tenders and maintaining Excel trackers?
- Have you worked on Government or PSU IT infrastructure tenders?
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Experience in IT Infrastructure or System Integration companies is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
