Techno Alliance is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Project Invoicing: Manage milestone-based billing and contract invoicing for custom software, mobile apps, and digital marketing clients.
- Compliance & Tax: Adherence to federal financial laws and upcoming corporate tax requirements.
- Cash Flow & Budgeting: Monitor company cash flow, manage collections, and prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements, budgets, and variance reports for leadership.
- Payroll Processing: Supervise and process internal payroll, benefits, and final settlement.
- Auditing & Reporting: Coordinate with external auditors for annual financial audits and maintain strong relationships with local banking partners.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
