About the role:
We're looking for a Marketing Executive who can think and ship. Someone equally comfortable building a campaign deck in Canva, wiring up an n8n workflow, and figuring out how to use AI to do the work of three people. You'll own day-to-day marketing execution across our B2B outreach, brand, and client communication efforts and you'll be expected to automate the boring parts.
What you'll do
- Design marketing collateral end-to-end in Canva — decks, social creatives, one-pagers, email templates, landing page assets
- Build, maintain, and improve n8n workflows that power our outreach, lead handling, CRM sync, and reporting
- Plan and run B2B outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) targeting hyperlocal delivery and services clients
- Set up and manage marketing automation flows — drip sequences, lead nurturing, segmentation, reporting
- Use AI tools to speed up copy, design, research, and analysis — and bring new tools/workflows to the team
- Track campaign performance, iterate on what's working, and report numbers that actually mean something
- Coordinate with sales and ops to make sure marketing output is aligned with what clients are actually buying
What we're looking for
- 1–2 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally B2B or services
- Working knowledge of n8n (or a similar workflow tool — Zapier, Make, Pipedream) and willingness to live inside it daily. Comfort with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and basic JavaScript expressions is a must
- Strong Canva skills — you can produce clean, on-brand work without waiting for a designer
- Solid grasp of marketing fundamentals: positioning, audience, funnels, copy that converts
- Hands-on experience with at least one marketing automation tool (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Brevo, Lemlist, Apollo, Instantly, or similar)
- Genuine fluency with AI tools — not just "I've used ChatGPT," but a real point of view on how AI is changing how marketing gets done
- Sharp written communication in English
- Bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and a numbers-first mindset
Bonus points for
- Built and shipped n8n workflows that integrate with CRMs, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, or LinkedIn tools
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach platforms or sales enablement tools
- Basic understanding of the gig economy / hyperlocal delivery space
- Light video editing (Reels, shorts) or motion graphics

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
