1. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
2. Proven experience (3-5 years) in interior design, with a focus on project management and team leadership.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing successful interior design projects across various sectors (residential, commercial, hospitality, etc.).
4. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, V-ray and Adobe Creative Suite.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
8. Leadership qualities, including decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
10. Professional certification (e.g., NCIDQ) preferred but not required.
