Role Overview:
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset who combines creativity with data-driven decision-making. Rather than simply managing campaigns, they should demonstrate measurable business impact through improved lead generation, optimized marketing spend, higher conversion rates, and sustainable brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
- Manage multi-platform social media operations, including content planning, publishing, community engagement, and performance optimization.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Analyze marketing data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and multi-platform social media operations.
- Strong understanding of mainstream social media platforms, content strategy, performance marketing, and lead generation.
- Experience managing marketing projects independently; prior team management experience is preferred.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the student accommodation, rental, property leasing, real estate, or marketplace industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in the student accommodation, real estate, rental, property leasing, education, or marketplace industry.
- Experience leading or mentoring marketing team members.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, marketing automation, CRM systems, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools.
