**Project Manager – Luxury Villa & Hill Development Projects**
*Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of luxury villa and hill development projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction, including site development, hill roads, retaining structures, bungalow construction, consultant coordination, client communication, quality control, planning, and timely project delivery.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Plan, manage, and execute projects from commencement to handover.
* Oversee construction of hill roads, WBM roads, retaining walls, drainage systems, site development works, and luxury bungalows.
* Coordinate with clients, architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, landscape consultants, and PMC teams.
* Conduct regular client meetings and provide progress updates.
* Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
* Prepare and monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
* Lead and manage project engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
* Coordinate procurement requirements and ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
* Monitor project costs, productivity, and budget compliance.
* Identify risks, delays, and technical challenges and implement corrective actions.
* Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and project records are maintained.
* Enforce safety standards and maintain a safe working environment at site.
* Ensure high levels of workmanship, quality, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
**Requirements:**
* Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
* 8+ years of experience in villa, bungalow, infrastructure, or hill development projects.
* Strong knowledge of earthwork, road construction, retaining structures, RCC works, finishing works, and luxury residential construction.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to independently manage projects, consultants, clients, and site teams.

* Effective coordination between clients, consultants, and site teams.

Pay: Up to ₹120,000.00 per month
