Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our healthcare team in Khanda Colony for the evening shift. The candidate will be responsible for patient care, monitoring, handling medical emergencies, and coordinating with doctors and nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities
Examine and monitor patients during the evening shift.
Provide appropriate medical care and treatment as required.
Attend to medical emergencies promptly.
Monitor patients' vital signs and overall health condition.
Assist consultants and senior doctors during patient rounds.
Coordinate with nurses and other hospital staff for effective patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.
Handle patient admissions, discharges, and routine medical requirements.
Communicate with patients and their relatives regarding routine medical concerns.
Escalate critical cases to senior doctors whenever required.
Follow hospital protocols, safety standards, and medical ethics.
Requirements
MBBS degree with valid medical registration.
Minimum 3+ years of experience as an RMO/Resident Medical Officer.
Good clinical knowledge and patient-management skills.
Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
Willingness to work the evening shift.
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
