Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to supervise and monitor the construction of a Food Court/Wayside Amenity project on a National Highway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor contractors, labour, materials, and work progress.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and project management.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Maintain daily site reports, measurements, and progress updates.
- Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the site.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision.
- Experience in commercial, highway, food court, restaurant, or similar construction projects will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of civil works, construction materials, drawings, measurements, and site execution.
- Strong contractor/labour handling and coordination skills.
- Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at a highway project/site location.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
