We are hiring for a Senior Business Analyst – Telecom BSS
Location: Bangalore | Gurgoan | Mumbai | Pune

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong Telecom BSS domain expertise to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements across Telecom BSS modules
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement discussions
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Support solution design, integration, testing, and deployment activities
- Collaborate with architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders
- Ensure end-to-end requirement traceability and successful delivery
Skills Required:
- CRM, Order Management (OM), EPC, CPQ
- Prepaid & Postpaid Mobile Services
- Fixed Broadband, IPTV & Enterprise (B2B) Services
- Agile/Scrum Methodology
- User Story & Backlog Management
- Requirement Gathering & Functional Documentation
- SIT & UAT Support
Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years of Telecom BSS Business Analysis experience
- Strong hands-on experience in CRM, OM, EPC, and CPQ modules
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
