Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Hostel Warden to manage our Gents Hostel. The candidate will be responsible for the smooth functioning and administration of the hostel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day hostel operations.
- Maintain registers, records, and documentation.
- Handle enquiries and ensure timely allotment of vacant cots.
- Collect hostel fees and maintain proper accounts.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
- Oversee hostel maintenance activities and coordinate with service providers.
- Ensure discipline and safety of all hostel residents.
Requirements:
- Age: 35 – 58 years
- Prior experience in hostel/guest house management preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks independently.
- Should be disciplined, approachable, and proactive.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Will be fixed based on your performance ranging from Rs.12000- to Rs.15000/-
