About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and detail-orientated HR executive to join our growing team in Chennai. This is a hands-on role where you will manage end-to-end HR operations — from sourcing and onboarding to employee engagement and documentation. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Source candidates from Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR calls and schedule interviews
- Taking 1st round of interview and collect feedback from MD
- Maintain candidate tracker and update status daily
Onboarding & Documentation
- Conduct smooth Day 1 onboarding — induction, document collection, system setup
- Issue Appointment Letters, Term Sheets and joining kits
- Collect and maintain employee documents (hard copy & soft copy)
- Update HR master tracker with new joiner details
Employee Engagement & Support
- Manage attendance and leave records on a daily basis
- Co-ordinate monthly payroll inputs
- Organise employee engagement activities and events
- Handle employee queries and resolve them within 24 hours
HR Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain HR records and employee files
- Prepare and share daily, weekly and monthly HR reports
- Issue Confirmation Letters, Experience Letters and other HR letters
- Support appraisal and KPI tracking processes
Who We Are Looking For
Any graduate — BBA, MBA (HR), BA, B.Com or equivalent
2-4 years of HR experience
Good communication skills in Tamil and English, Hindi - Advantage
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and WhatsApp
Highly organised, punctual and people-friendly
Willing to learn and take ownership from Day 1
Immediate joiners preferred
