Job Summary: - Customer Service Executives are required to answer incoming calls, Mails, SMS and WhatsApp’s from customers for various reasons- Complaint, Query, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information.

Location: Hyderabad.
Salary: Rs. 96,000 to 1,44,000 per Annum CTC.
Job Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Dress Code: Formal or as per company Guideline
Weekly Off: Sunday or Wednesday.
Experience: 1-2 Year in Customer handling
Education: Minimum 12th Passed or Any Graduate.
Language: English (Preferred), Telugu (Preferred), Hindi.
Typing skills: Average
Required Skill: - Excellent communication skills (On mail & Voice), Good Listening and problem solving skills over mail and telephone, Ability to take and handle stress & pressure of complaint centre., Manage large amounts of incoming calls, mails, SMS., Resolve customer complaints via phone, mail., Good Knowledge of Computer with handling of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
Responsibilities and Duties: Answer calls and mail professionally to provide information about products and services, take care of customer complaint , Logged the complaint, Allot the complaint, Take care all the inquiry and query of customer.
Provide end-to-end service support to our customers.
Attend to customer queries, issues and grievances over phone, email, live chat and SMS.
Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
Gather and pass on the feedback from customers to senior in the company.
Proactively engage with customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
Meet the high standards of professional conduct, turnaround time and accuracy set by the company.
Presentable, hard working and well groomed male/female candidates with good communication skills.
