DPS, India is looking for a dynamic professional for a leadership position who will hold overall responsibility for managing the financial performance of DPS, Wagholi , catering to multiple Strategic Business Units (BUs) .
As our Plant Controller , you will play a key role in driving financial performance, enabling informed management decisions, and improving operational and financial results .
Your responsibilities will include analyzing forecasts versus actual performance, identifying business drivers, and evaluating operational metrics . This role requires forward-looking insights to support leadership decisions and drive both short-term actions and long-term strategies that ensure sustainable competitive advantage and strong financial returns on investment .
You will provide proactive financial leadership , ensuring compliance with corporate financial policies, legal requirements, and GAAP . The role also focuses on building organizational capability within the finance function through close coordination with global BU Controllers .
You will ensure that corporate assets are adequately protected and provide operations management with financial guidance necessary to deliver the expected return on those assets .
You will collaborate closely with global BU Controllers and operations leadership , taking ownership of financial performance management, compliance, and strategic financial guidance , helping DPS move toward a more efficient, results-driven, and financially sustainable future .
