Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to independently manage residential construction projects from excavation to handover. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead site teams while maintaining quality, safety, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Execution
- Independently manage multiple residential construction projects.
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly site activities.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved schedule.
- Monitor project progress and report delays proactively.
- Coordinate all construction activities from foundation to finishing.
Site Supervision
- Supervise civil, masonry, RCC, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, and finishing works.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Verify dimensions before execution.
- Resolve technical issues at the site.
Quality Control
- Ensure compliance with Buildhood Quality Standards.
- Conduct regular quality inspections.
- Check workmanship before approving payments.
- Ensure proper curing, alignment, levels, and finishing.
- Rectify quality issues immediately.
Material Management
- Estimate material requirements.
- Raise material requests in advance.
- Verify material quantity and quality upon delivery.
- Prevent material wastage.
- Maintain stock records.
Labour Management
- Manage contractors and labour teams.
- Allocate daily work targets.
- Monitor labour productivity.
- Resolve labour-related issues.
- Ensure adequate manpower at all times.
Client Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for site-related updates.
- Conduct regular site meetings with clients.
- Explain work progress and upcoming activities.
- Address client concerns professionally.
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Verify completed work before approving bills.

Experience
- 5–10 years in residential building construction.
