We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Manual Tester who is passionate about delivering high-quality software. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manual testing, test case creation, and defect tracking, with a strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand project requirements, functional specifications, and business workflows
- Create, review, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
- Perform various types of testing:
- Functional Testing
- Regression Testing
- Smoke & Sanity Testing
- Integration Testing
- Identify, log, track, and verify bugs using defect-tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product teams to clarify requirements
- Participate in requirement analysis and review meetings
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of tested features
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in Manual Testing
- Strong knowledge of SDLC & STLC
- Good understanding of test case design techniques
- Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA or similar)
- Basic knowledge of API testing / Database testing is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Automation Testing (Selenium, etc.)
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Experience in web and mobile application testing
